I purchased a mattress only to get home and lay on the one they loaded in my truck. It wasn't the one I picked out and when I called to talk with the sales lady that walked me arround the show room it took 3 days to get her on the phone. After explaining I wasn't very happy to be sleeping on a firm mattress that I didn't want and was clear about the one i chosen. She said she would get back to me. A few hours later a man called me identifying himself as a manager and told me that the mattress I got was the only matress they sold and had in the store when I paid on both matresses and he refused to not only correct the sale but to return the mattress. In the past we've purchased two living room outfits caved room and a pricey dining room set. SO TO HELL WITH LEVIN FURNITURE THEY ARE THIEVES!
We had an great visit. No pressure. We came in for specific item which we then purchased. In the meantime we shopped two other rooms of furniture for future purchasing and our sales agent could not have been more kind or patient and informative. We intend to shop with her in the future.
I will definitely return to this Levin just to be able to work with Max.

The woman I worked was wonderful. She gave me her undivided attention. She knows her store. She was always thinking of colors that match with the furniture I bought. She even moved furniture so I could compare two different pieces with the sofa I got.
Ray Hernandez was my sales associate on my most recent visit. I've also had Ray assist me in the past. I must say that whether I'm buying thousands of dollars of furniture or simply a small table for a few hundred dollars, Ray treats me like the most important person in the store. His mood always put those around him in a good mood. He's an excellent representative for Levin and I hope he's recognized for his excellent attitude and salesmanship.
