We by A LOT of tools for our business here as well as a warranty to go with each of them. We always deal with a manager named Bill and he is always incredibly helpful. There is a Harbor Freight closer to us but we go out of our way to go to this one for the excellent customer service.
I always buy more than I intend to when I go to harbor freight. So many things at low prices BUT I have found out in my many recent purchases here that most of what they sell is of low quality. Many of the items are worth the money at the time but I think I will start spending the bigger bucks for tools that last. Still enjoy shopping here tho. So many things to choose from.
great place if you dont care about where the tools are made at, and the quality of said tools, place is always packed with cheap-skate mon-valley mentality people looking for the next good deal who dont care about quality after the sale.
They sell all the tools me and my husband need, and at an affordable price. We get coupons in the mail all the time, and we have been visiting this store a lot to buy garden tools and equipment. Staff are friendly. Only problem is store hours. They close pretty early at 6pm so don't come here late!
