Called and called nobody would pick the phone up then finally they took the phone off the hook and I got a busy signal
Terrible experience. Went to look at wedding bands and the guy basically insulted my fiance because she didn't know the exact specifications of her wrong which was away getting sized. I would highly recommend going to another location.
I call the kay store for an update. Phone rings gor a solid minute before anyone picks up. Here is the conversation.
Avoid Kays at all cost. Horrible customer service. Stupidly high prices. I purchase a ring and a warranty the ring broke twice in 2 years now they are trying to charge me for fixing their crap quality ring. Go to a local mom and pop jeweler if you want service.
