I just got a puppy and had to bring him in a day early before his scheduled appointment because he was sick. They were so accommodating, very friendly staff. I cannot thank you guys enough and I'm so happy my new addition to my family has such a caring vet! Prices are also very affordable compared to other vets in the area!
This place is awful. I took my dog in bc she wasn't eating. After hundreds of dollars in recommended xrays, blood tests, urine tests etc...i was told she had renal failure and need 48 hours of IV fluids and several medications. then 24 hours later I was contacted by the vet who is now sayinf I need to have another 100 test ran bc they think the issue could be an infection. in my opinion they sold me hundreds of dollars in service's and test that were extreme and uncessary just to then day she needs antibiotics. The staff had no compassion and the focus was running up my bill and making money for banfield. I will never return!!
Was seen fairly quickly even though I was a walk in. Everyone was very friendly and by signing up for their wellness program we saved a lot of money on some tests our dog needed. Will be returning for sure!
Awesome! Very kind & compassionate staff compared to other vet offices in the area. Highly recommend Dr. Waters. She is by far the best there. Very understanding & patient.
The wait time is crazy. Be prepared to wait at least 2 plus hours.
